Catering TrucksAs you may have learned in our "Mobile Catering 101" section, catering trucks are designed to run routes. You might stop at an industrial site in the morning, a college campus in the afternoon and an office building in the evening. Very profitable for you and very convenient for your customers, the catering truck is our signature product. Helpful Hint: When trying to determine which model Catering Truck may best suit your needs, remember that the x00 (i.e. 325, and 400) models have the coffee urns built into the rear of the truck. This allows for greater storage space in the service side. However, if your application demands more room in the rear of the Catering Truck you should choose a x50 (i.e. 375, and 450) model. In those models, the coffee urns are built into the storage side and there are spigots that are run to the back of the truck. This gives you increased flexibility to put bigger ovens, larger steam tables, or anything else you can come up with into the back of the Catering Truck. |
